From a basement workshop in 1969, SpectraWood has grown into a family-owned State College furniture maker specializing in solid-wood home furnishings and office furniture. The Roeshot-Friberg family still operates the business, crafting American-made pieces from hardwoods sourced in Pennsylvania’s surrounding forests and serving both residential retailers and institutional customers. Its 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space supports custom work as well as furniture built for heavy commercial use.
