Founded by the Lanasa family in 1996, The Breadery is an Oella bakery making fresh-milled whole-grain and old-world artisan breads with natural ingredients. After the Lanasa family retired in 2023, Nic and Lisa Romano took over, preserving the bakery’s recipes while adding sweets shaped by Nic’s experience as a Navy baker.
