About

Challah by Hannah is Hannah’s small-batch baking project, making fresh, preservative-free challah and sharing the recipe behind it. After building a following among bread lovers in northeast Kansas, Hannah moved to New York City in 2021 and now continues the craft through occasional Brooklyn bakes and limited challah drops. The project also reflects her Jewish heritage and has supported food and Jewish community organizations through donations.
