Founded in Columbus in 1987, Classic Delight makes ready-to-eat handheld foods for K-12 school menus, growing from a small sandwich operation into a St. Marys, Ohio, manufacturer with a broad line of hot and cold offerings. Its school-focused brands include the thick-crust Rippers pizza and sealed Stuffwich pockets, and the company also develops co-packed products to customer specifications. Classic Delight was acquired by GS Foods Group in 2021 and merged with Tools for Schools in 2023, adding mozzarella processing under the Classic Delight name.
