Starting in Corinne’s home in 1982, Corinne’s Concepts in Catering has grown into a family-owned, four-generation hospitality business providing off-premise catering and event planning across Long Island and New York City. The company’s Huntington Station team has catered more than 500 weddings and handled everything from intimate home gatherings to corporate events serving thousands, with its family also operating mobile kitchens and a nationwide line of refrigerated gourmet dips. Today, Corinne’s sons Jarid and Keith help lead the business, continuing the family’s restaurant and catering tradition.
