Crown Bakeries grew from a 1996 Tennessee high-speed bun line into a multi-region commercial bakery making breads, breakfast baked goods and pastries for foodservice, manufacturing and retail customers. With nine facilities across the United States, the company combines in-house research and development with the baking expertise of industry veterans, including American Society of Baking Hall of Fame inductees, to tailor products for customers. Two facilities received the EPA’s 2024 ENERGY STAR recognition for energy performance, while select facilities target a 42% emissions reduction by 2030.
