David Elliot Poultry FarmSince 1942, the Fink family has run David Elliot Poultry Farm, processing kosher poultry from its Scranton facility for families, chefs, restaurants and caterers. The third-generation family business is especially known for smaller, tender Rock Cornish hens and for treating kashrus as a hands-on responsibility, with in-house full-time shochatim and careful inspection throughout processing.
