Founded in 2003 in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley, KJ Poultry Processing produces kosher chicken and turkey products at what it describes as New York State’s largest kosher poultry plant. The locally owned and operated company has grown from processing 4,000 chickens a day to as many as 40,000, with more than 250 employees and strict rabbinical supervision.
