EVSR is the electric-racing project Entropy Racing launched in 2013 as a quick, budget-conscious challenge for its competition shop. Its first car reached the track in under three months, and the program went on to prove the concept at more than 100 events, including a 24-hour-plus endurance race where it used hot-swap battery technology. The team also brings that hands-on experience to Alfred State College’s motorsports students.
Terps RacingSince 1982, Terps Racing has been a University of Maryland student-run program that designs, builds, tests and races formula-style and Baja off-road vehicles for collegiate competitions. More than 120 students work across its internal-combustion, electric and Baja teams, gaining hands-on experience in a dedicated machine shop and assembly space. RIT RacingFounded at Rochester Institute of Technology in 1991, RIT Racing is a student-built Formula SAE program known for passing engineering knowledge from one generation of members to the next. More than 60 active students now carry that tradition into electric-car competition, where the team earned its first FSAE Michigan championship in 2024 and followed with overall wins in Pittsburgh and Toronto in 2025.
Bearcats RacingBearcats Racing is the University of Cincinnati’s student-run SAE racing program, designing and building formula, Baja, and electric racecars for national collegiate competition. Its teams manage the full project—from engineering and fabrication to fundraising, testing, and racing—giving students hands-on preparation for automotive and technology careers.
