Hudson Valley Farm Hub is a nonprofit agricultural center in Hurley, working to strengthen the region’s food system through land-based learning and research. On its 1,600-acre farm, it grows USDA-certified organic food while much of the harvest goes to Hudson Valley emergency-food partners.

Roxbury Farm CSARoxbury Farm CSA is a 375-acre family farm in Kinderhook that grows certified-organic vegetables and raises pasture-based livestock for a community-supported agriculture program. Founded in 1990 and now owned and operated by sister farmers Jody Bolluyt and Keri Latiolais, it has grown from 30 members to more than 930 across the Hudson Valley, Capital District and New York City.
