Roxbury Farm CSA is a 375-acre family farm in Kinderhook that grows certified-organic vegetables and raises pasture-based livestock for a community-supported agriculture program. Founded in 1990 and now owned and operated by sister farmers Jody Bolluyt and Keri Latiolais, it has grown from 30 members to more than 930 across the Hudson Valley, Capital District and New York City. Its unusual land partnerships protect 190 acres for agriculture in perpetuity while keeping the farm connected to the communities it serves.

Katchkie FarmKatchkie Farm grows NOFA-certified organic produce year-round on a 60-acre farm in Kinderhook, with its first harvest dating to 2007. Owned by NYC catering company Great Performances, the farm pairs a direct-to-consumer CSA with holistic land stewardship and a strong farm-to-table focus.
