Founded in 2004 by David Rockefeller and Peggy Dulany, Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture is a Hudson Valley nonprofit built around a working farm and a public mission: making ecological food culture practical. Its former Rockefeller family dairy property now serves as a place where agricultural research meets community education, including programs that bring fresh food and growing knowledge to South Bronx families.

Roxbury Farm CSARoxbury Farm CSA is a 375-acre family farm in Kinderhook that grows certified-organic vegetables and raises pasture-based livestock for a community-supported agriculture program.
