About

Founded in 1981 by Habib Issa, this Buffalo family-owned company makes pita chips using an old-world Lebanese technique: its Lebanese-style pita is twice baked and flame baked in a custom conveyor hearth oven. Issa’s says the method, passed down through generations, gives its chips a distinctive crispness, while locally grown and milled New York wheat supports production close to home.
