Today, the Woodsboro farm tends 70 acres and reaches its community through a year-round CSA, while partnering with trusted regional growers as a food hub.

• Blue Moon AcresSince Jim and Kathy Lyons started Blue Moon Acres as a CSA in 1992, the family-run farm has grown into a regional source for chefs and households seeking carefully grown food. Its work is rooted in certified-organic farming and soil biology, including year-round microgreens from its Buckingham, Pennsylvania greenhouses and a regenerative farm in Pennington, New Jersey.
