Founded by the Osofsky family in 1941, Ronnybrook Farm Dairy is a Hudson Valley dairy that bottles unhomogenized milk in glass and makes minimally processed dairy products on the farm. Brothers Ron and Rick Osofsky revived the Creamline tradition about 30 years ago, and their extended family remains involved today. Ronnybrook pairs old-fashioned production with a stated commitment to humane animal treatment, including a herd descended from prizewinning Holsteins raised by the family for nearly 70 years.
